科研方向：
从事广西河口、北部湾海域、红树林和极端海洋环境中微生物分子生态学的研究。研究对象包括河口和海湾水体、红树林土壤、以及极端海洋生境中的微生物群落结构和功能、季节性变化模式、独特微生物种群动态及其环境响应机制、微生物介导的生物地球化学碳、氮、硫元素循环过程等。研究手段包括多组学分析、生理生化实验和生物信息学分析等。
